Ball Breaker
Main Frame & Crank : fabricated out of heavy duty angle iron frame, re-forced with steel tie rods to which the forged steel, machine cut crankshaft, mounted on heavy duty east European ball bearing.
Beater Box (Removable) : fabricated out of heavy duty angle iron frame fitted with fabricated stainless steel (304 grade) beater box with a tilt-able wooden top cover of which’s the far end is angled at 30-45 in order avoid the excessive collection of Dhool when feeding. The roating “ball breaker Unit” manufactured out of class 01 timber fitted on to a steel drive shaft mounted on heavy duty east European ball bearing.
Reciprocating Main Tray : lined with stainless steel sheets of3.4 gage and the stainless steel mesh of customer specified size is supported on 02”x 02” G.I. welded mesh (standard issue) or 06”x06” x 03/16” s.s. supporting welded mesh ( optional extra feature- instead of Gl support mesh) as per customer requirement.
Discharge Directing Trays : The under carriage can be fitted with Customized Removable fibre glass or S.S. Dhool discharge directing trays, re-enforced with steel, that are lightweight, easy to clean, no damage to leaf and for hygienic operation.
Drive : The machine is designed to be powered by a 02HP, 1415RPM, 04 Pole, Electric Motor (TEFC TECO) with a “V” belt drive system to ensure quiet operation with lower power utilization and durability. The Crankshaft and the moving Frame are statically balanced in relation to the “Dead Weight” of the moving components to ensure long, trouble free, smooth running with maximum efficiency.
