Rubber Mill

Gamini Rubber Mills, casted out of close grained Cast Iron, machined to precision to ensure a flawless fit. Cast Iron (Standard) or Chilled Roll Barrels are designed for water cooling, are supported on wear & heat resistant. Phosphor Bronze Bearings. Roller RPM is govern by a pair of robust Spare Gears and the power is delivered to the machine via a Helical Wheel & V – Pulley system supported on SKF Plumber Block Bearings ; all gears are machine cut for perfect meshing and noise reduction.
