Gamini Brick Machine designed for the continuous extrusion of a stream of machine compressed clay suitable for making of Clay Bricks of maximum size of 3 ½” x 56” x 9” with an average capacity of 10, 000 bricks per 8hr. When compared with the traditionally handmade bricks, machine extruded brick are of higher density as less air is trapped between clay practical due to the high compression forces exerted by the mechanical process. The machine is of continuous type and is equipped with a multi brick cutting mechanism and can be fitted with different mouth pieces to give multiple sizes and designs of bricks, eg. hollow bricks, etc.. The machine is powered via a Robust Gear Box in combination with a 22Hp Diesel Engine or 11Kw motor. The machine can be made portable by fitted it onto a trailer which should be equipped with retractable jacks that can be deployed during operation. If the machine is made stationary, it is always good to have it firmly anchored onto the ground.
