Our Strengths
Foundry
The Ferrous and the Non-Ferrous Foundry Consist of 02Nos. Cupolas with a capacity for 10 & 15 tons, each, per melt. Facilities are available to cast single machinery components weighing up tol 1/2 tons each, A Monometer is used for casting of Phosphor Bronze up to 300Kgs. pre-determined composition of Copper (Cu), Tin (Sn), Nicol (Ni) and Phospher Copper. In addition, smelting of Aluminium too is done to meet workshop and customer requiremnts. Entire foundry floor is under Gantry Crane. Green sand moulding and no bake sand core are used as the primary method of casting.
The Machine Shop
The Machine Shop consists of multiple Center and Turrets Lathes, Horizontal Borers, Vertical Borers, Plainers, Shapers, Gear Planers, Hobbing, Milling, Surface Grinders, Slotters, Radial Drills, Gantry Cranes, with a range of machines tools and precision measuring instruments.
The Fabrication Work Shop
The Fabrication Machine Shop consisting of light and heavy duty Steel Rolling Machinery, Gantry Cranes, Tig, Gas, Electric Welding equipment, Heavy Duty Pneumatic Hammers, Hydraulic and Mechanical Presses and Oxy-acetylene cutting equipment inclusive of profile cutters.
